Cancellations are accepted in exchange for a full refund as long as a request is made in a timely manner. To avoid any miscommunications between fulfillment associates at our facility, we will not process your request if we have already provided you with a tracking number.
CUSTOM TOYS: All sales are final. No cancellations. Returns will only be warranted in the event of damages from shipping and/or errors in manufacturing. This does not include skins not rendering as expected—the customer assumes all responsibility for their design.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Should the item(s) you receive arrive damaged or defective, we may offer an exchange for the same—or equally priced—item(s). Alternatively, we may issue a full refund, no return necessary. In order to qualify for an exchange or refund, we will require photographic proof or video evidence of the reported damages and/or defects.
In the case of a return, your item(s) will be inspected and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process a refund in the amount equal to the original purchase price of the item(s) returned. This credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Under certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted. Refunds of this nature will be offered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Once your refund has been issued, for credit card payments, the time it takes funds to be credited back to your account may vary depending on your bank. We have no control over the rate at which these funds are transferred or released and cannot act to expedite this transmission. If you have yet to receive your refund after we have confirmed that it has been issued, please wait 3-5 business days from the date of issuance before checking your bank account again. If enough time has passed and you still have not received your refund, we ask that you please contact your credit card company or bank to inquire.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to schedule a return. After that, a return will not be accepted for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging (when applicable).

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any applicable shipping charges that were calculated into your total at checkout will be deducted from your refund should you receive one. If you opted for a free shipping service, no deduction will occur.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that your return will arrive safely.
